Return Policy
Our return policy consists of a 30-day window from the time of sale. Return is requested through the member portal and shipping fees are charged to the consumer. Once the item is received allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be returned to the card used for the original purchase. All clearance and sale items are final sales, no returns can be processed.
Skin Care product sales are also finale sale items.
